Long time before decide to resign from my previous workplace then move to the other place, I ensure myself that every single workplace has a unique things. But I had to leave it because something reason that I can't write out here. but anyway it didn't relate with my colleagues or boss but come from my bottom heart.
Whatsover, now I'm a part of academic field. It mean that I should be a astonishing lecturer eventhough there are so many things that I have to learn to be a master in my subject and I'm sure that I can engage with my new routine.
Regadless of my duty, I'm really surprised when I realize that this workplace environment is so unconducive. I always imagine that academic field is a place that all the people being a good man and create a enjoyable place.
I find a dark side of the academic field. It's not like what I imagine before about that field.
